面对生活中的疲惫焦虑、疾病与挑战，我们都需要一份安定身心的力量。药师法会，是借由共修力量祈愿消灾延寿、身心康乐的庄严法筵。大众共同诵持《药师如来本愿功德经》，礼敬药师琉璃光如来，燃灯供佛，凝聚善念。秉持药师佛救护众生的十二大愿，不只为自己与家人祈福，更将善愿回向一切众生；从净化身心开始，祈愿病苦消除、灾难远离、社会祥和，共同建设人间琉璃净土。
Facing life’s pressures, anxiety, illness and uncertainty, we all seek strength to restore peace and balance. The Medicine Buddha Dharma Service brings us together to pray for wellbeing, longevity and freedom from adversity. Through chanting the Medicine Buddha Sutra, paying homage to Medicine Buddha and making light offerings, we cultivate mindfulness and goodwill. Inspired by Medicine Buddha’s Twelve Great Vows, we pray not only for ourselves and our loved ones, but for all beings—purifying our hearts and minds, easing suffering, fostering harmony, and building a Pure Land in this world.
药师佛介绍 About the Medicine Buddha
在佛教中，药师佛被尊为“大医王佛”，是东方净琉璃世界的教主。祂以十二大愿救护众生，不仅疗愈身体的病苦，更以佛法的清凉甘露，化解内心的贪嗔、烦恼与不安。药师佛的琉璃净光，象征清净、光明与智慧，照破生命的幽暗，祈愿众生远离病苦怖畏，身心安乐、生活自在。礼敬药师佛，不只是祈求平安健康，更是学习祂的慈悲与愿心，从净化自己的身心开始，关怀众生、利益大众，共同建设人间的琉璃净土。
Medicine Buddha, the Buddha of the Eastern Pure Land of Lapis Lazuli. Through his Twelve Great Vows, he seeks to relieve physical suffering and ease the mind’s worries and distress with compassion and wisdom. Paying homage to Medicine Buddha is not only a prayer for health and peace, but also an aspiration to follow his compassionate vows—purifying our hearts and minds, caring for others, and building a Pure Land in this world.
药师佛的“十二誓愿” Twelve Great Vows
药师佛在过去世行菩萨道时，曾发十二大愿，要使众生解除疾苦，成就佛道。这十二大愿为：
In past lives, while practising the bodhisattva path, the Medicine Buddha made Twelve Great Vows to relieve suffering and guide all beings towards Buddhahood. The Twelve Great Vows are:
- 生佛平等愿：祈愿众生破除烦恼尘垢，拥有如佛陀般光明圆满的身心状态。
- 开晓事业愿：祈愿佛光普照，引领大众平等自由地经营一切美好事业。
- 无尽资生愿：祈愿大众具足光明智慧，使世界和平无争，人们丰衣足食。
- 安立大道愿：祈愿引领众生，远离迷惘与邪见，回归安稳踏实的人生正道。
- 戒行清净愿：祈愿众生戒法圆满具足；若偶有毁犯，也能至诚忏悔重获清净。
- 诸根具足愿：祈愿护佑各种病患，皆能恢复健康，重获端正美好的生命。
- 身心康乐愿：祈愿救拔孤苦贫病之人，使其消除病痛，身心安乐，家庭丰足。
- 转女成男愿：祈愿庇佑受苦楚逼迫的女性，成就大丈夫般坚强圆满的境界。
- 转邪归正愿：祈愿解救误入歧途的众生，助其转邪归正，重回善行的大道。
- 解脱忧苦愿：祈愿遭遇灾厄、欺凌或刑罚逼迫的人，能化解恐惧，解脱苦难。
- 得妙饮食愿：祈愿受饥渴之苦的众生，能获得饮食的温饱与心灵的安乐。
- 得妙衣具愿：祈愿庇护一切贫苦众生，随其所需，得到丰富的衣食。
- Equality of Beings and the Buddha: May all clear afflictions and attain the Buddha’s radiant wholeness.
- Illuminating Endeavours: May Buddha’s light guide all towards noble endeavours with equality and freedom.
- Abundant Resources: May all be blessed with wisdom, bringing peace to the world and sufficient food and clothing for all.
- The Right Path: May all leave confusion and wrong views and return to a steady, wholesome path.
- Pure Precepts: May all uphold the precepts and, after any lapse, sincerely repent and regain purity.
- Complete Faculties: May those who are ill recover their health and live with dignity and wholeness.
- Wellbeing of Body and Mind: May the lonely, poor and sick find relief, peace and family wellbeing.
- Transformation from Female to Male: May women facing suffering and oppression find protection, strength and wholeness.
- Turning from Wrong to Right: May those who have gone astray return to right understanding and wholesome conduct.
- Freedom from Suffering: May those facing disaster, bullying or punishment be freed from fear and hardship.
- Excellent Food and Drink: May those suffering from hunger and thirst receive nourishment and peace of mind.
- Excellent Clothing and Necessities: May those in poverty receive the clothing and food they need.
